  • Englander Mattress Killed My Body

I have a friend who recommended to me the worst kind of product ever.  I know he's using one end this is why I am even more surprised.  He suggested me to get myself a mattress from Englander because they are much cheaper than other mattresses brands.  What he failed to mention is that they are a lot less comfortable than the other brands to.

I know we all have different taste and that one man's trash is another man's treasure, but this is just ridiculous.  I believe my friend so much that I bought Queen Englander mattress and had it delivered to my house.  The first night I spent on this bed was just enough for me to send back to the store.  I am not sure why my body responded to it in a way it did it.  Maybe the mattress is still soft coma to firm, or simply has some structural problem I can't understand.  The point is, I never had the back pain I had from this Englander mattress.  My friend was also surprised and still wanted me to keep it, saying that my body we'll adjusted it.  Well I don't think so Buddy.  Why should I adjust to a mattress, that is why I am buying a new one, so that he can adjust to me.

Don't get me wrong, I know there are people who sleep well on one of the Englander beds.  But I simply hate them and I feel pretty awful when I read super positive and hyped ratings off their mattresses.  This is just one of these Englander mattress reviews I stumbled upon.  Let me tell you, these are not so cheap so that anyone could try them out, and then return them.  They cost money, which is a bit surprising since they are not a well-known brand, but still...

So, if you are after a new bed, do check it for yourself and be very careful of what you are buying.  I know I will.

  • Learning To Drive - And Drive Safely

When learning to drive the minimum age is 17 and you can apply, two weeks before your birthday, for your provisional license.  For those with disabilities and in receipt of mobility allowance the minimum age for learning to drive is 16.There’s been a lot of talk lately about changes to the law for learning to drive, which I know has had everyone who is 16 and 17 on the edge of their seats worried it will be raised to 18, but at the time of writing, or the foreseeable future, there are no plans to raise the minimum age

Learning to drive is a sequence of events which starts when you apply for a provisional driving licence and continues when you pass both your theory and practical driving tests and get your full licence. when learning to drive you will know that you must pass a Theory test and a practical test before you allowed to drive on your own. You can start learning to drive whilst studying for the theory test, but you must first pass the theory test before you can apply for the practical test

The first step in learning to drive is to book an initial driving lesson.  It's best to take instructor lessons who follows the recommended syllabus for learning to drive. L plates must be displayed on the vehicle you learn to drive in and must be removed or covered when not being driven by a learner driver.

Learning to drive can be one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do. We must ensure that people learning to drive are taught the skills they need to be safe drivers when they start driving alone. Whilst learning to drive a wide range of resources can be found from your local library, including books and videos. You can find a wealth of information here, including help understanding tuition fees; useful articles on learning to drive; and a guide to obtaining your provisional and full driving licences.  All of these resources are completely free to anyone learning to drive in the UK.

Whether you are currently learning to drive with a parent or guardian or with a driving school, all learners would benefit from gathering as much useful advice, knowledge and additional Information as possible.Driving is one of the most important and useful skills you will learn. When learning to drive your car safely, passing your test is just the first step.

  • Eh? Online Fax?

The Internet has changed almost every facet of our lives. From how we do our banking, to how we communicate with close friends and family. But we have not as yet fully used one area: small business communications.

Just as VOIP has given us an option for home phone service, sending faxes over the Internet has done the same for small businesses. So that an office today needs nothing more than simply an email address and Internet access.

Where Can I Send a Fax Online?

There are a couple of options when you are sending a fax via the Internet. The first is using a free website or service.A page or two is allowed by many sites,It is nifty, but impractical if you have loads of documents you must send over.

The other FREE alternative is to sign up for a free trial at a company like eFax.The company allows such a free trial period before you pay monthly service fees.

How to Send a Fax Online

The how isn't as difficult as the technology behind the system. For larger Internet companies like MyFax or eFax , the method is very similar to just sending an email with the documents attached.

Most email-to-fax services follow that general method. In MyFax, You would send an email as your normally would, except rather then sending it to someones email address you send the email to the faxnumber@myfax.com.

So, to send a fax to 1-888-999-1111, you address your email to 18889991111@myfax.com., Any files you want sent you'd send as attachments to the email, and to include a cover page with your fax you'd simply enter something into the body of your email message.

  • The Way My Job Kills My Back

There are probably many things you blame your job for - your gray hair, the worry lines around your face, your ulcers, and maybe even a few arguments you've had with your spouse that you know were just you taking your anger out on those at home.  But what might your job have to do with your chronic low back pain?Is it the work we do on a day to day basis that is actually causing our chronic back problems, even if your work is not hard labor?  In reality many jobs can be the cause of consistent chronic back pain, and this includes even office jobs and those that involve virtually no physical activity whatsoever.  While you may not be able to use the information in this article to declare yourself disabled, you may find that there are some changes you can make to address the problem and get some relief.

For one thing remember that you don't need to be moving furniture or anything heavy in order to experience chronic low back pain.  While physical activity can put quite a bit of stress and strain on this area, even just sitting for several hours at a time can also do it.  How so?

The muscles of the lower back are at work constantly, even when a person is sitting still, standing still, or even reclining.  This is because these muscles provide constant support for the upper body and sides.  So you can get chronic low back pain even when you're sitting because those muscles are still working, perhaps not as much as the muscles of someone that does move furniture or lift boxes for a living, but they're working nonetheless.  Also, most people that work at a desk all day really don't have proper support for their back muscles.  They often lean forward for hours at a time in order to type on a computer.  This leaning makes those back muscles work even harder since they're keeping you balanced and stop you from falling over or collapsing. Some of these things are not mean to be done for long periods of time, which is the reason why people sitting at desks can have lower back pain.

Most people also sit in awful office chairs all day long, and these too contribute to chronic low back pain.  Many office chairs give you no support when you lean back, and certainly not in the area of the lower back.  As a matter of fact, most office chairs have a big gap and contain nothing in the area that should support the lower back!  They also tend to collapse when you sit in them, meaning that there is more pressure on the hips which also causes chronic low back pain since the hip muscles are connected to the back muscles.
